I LOVE these skins, only I wish there was a Light Purple or Lavender or Purple. The red is too dark, and the pink is too pink. But I do absolutely think that these are perfect otherwise!

In fact, the original skins were made for the Tréo680 and since 79Media has released Skinner for Tréo, you can used them with the Centro (I do it myself...)

I don't have a Tréo 650 myself so I've never seen the result of this skin (made by Zebibizen) in the real life...
If you want, you can change the skin on your own way with the 79bmedia Skinner Desktop app...

I too think these are perfect, except for the favorites area being too dark. A version with the same dialpad but a lighter favorites area would be awesome.

I read an earlier post of yours in a Treo forum regarding your dialpad skins. Couldn't find the text file to read you mentioned. I have installed the CarbonBlue skin onto my Treo 680 but do not know how to activate it. Could you please share this info with me?

For those who find the Tréo680 Dialpad a little bit sad, I propose to them a more "modern" version!
You can download this app following this link.
Be careful ! It's only for Tréo680 and installation doesn't work by hotsync but first by copy on memory card and then by copy from memory card to Tréo RAM (read the readme.txt included).

This is the greatest skin ever. I just wish the colour of the text on the Favourite buttons could be in a different colour (preferably white), because as it is it's very hard to read. If you could add such a version (at least in Blue) that would be great! Thank you in advance, Bruno

with the carbon skin for Skinner for Treo, you don't need to copy it on a memory card, you just have to hotsync the file (after deflating the zip file dowloaded)... You need to have Skinner for Treo installed too... You can find this software at this site.

Hi Schtunks,
I dwonloaded your blue skin, but was unable to transfer it to my card. I also wouldn't know how to transfer any information to internal ram. Could I download your wonderful program from Skinner and then hot sync it or must I first transfer to the card and then ram, too. I am a LOL and this is hard for me.

Je ne peux que conseiller l'excellent site PalmAttitude et en particulier la partie du forum dédiée à la programmation !

Sinon, le Tréo 650 possède une application téléphone différente du Tréo 680 donc il ne faut pas installer mon application "skinée"...

Sur PalmOS, il n'y a que 2 types de fichiers en mémoire : les .prc (les programmes) et les .pdb (les données)

Merci pour l'information Schtunks. Cela est tres interessant. Je viens de me procurer un 650 et j'ai trop hate a le modifier et ecrire des applications. Le PFCD permet de modifier les applications autant que des skins ? Sinon, qu'est ce tu recommendes comme lectures pour commencer, quels logiciels pour la programmation etc etc...

dsl, chuis pas mal n00b mais j'apprends vite :P

Pour éditer un prc, je passe par un compileur/décompileur appelé PFCD. Sinon, il y a aussi HPSkin Studio, d'Hervé Pulluard, qui permet cela et aussi de faire des skins pour d'autres logiciels (et qui utilise PFCD en interne). Ensuite, il suffit de remplacer les images par les tiennes... ;-)
